Mr. Roy Law is a serial entrepreneur and Investor with more than 20 years of experience in Information Technology. Graduated from Hong Kong University of Science and Technology in Mechanical Engineering and University of London in Computing & Information System, Roy was the first engineer of JobsDB, Asia-Pacific’s biggest recruitment portal which was acquired for over HK$2.8 billion in 2010. Roy reinvested all of his dividend to fund his own first startup AppTask in the same year.
With headquarter based in Hong Kong and regional offices in Shanghai, Singapore and Malaysia, Roy has established AppTask to become an international powerhouse specializing in design and development of leading edge enterprise mobile app solutions. Its clients include local and multinational corporations and organizations and it had won numerous awards including APICTA Award and Red herring Global Top 100.
In 2014, under the leadership of Roy, AppTask launched its mobile productivity platform in San Francisco -TeamNote. After spinning off from AppTask, TeamNote was backed by the top notch VC Y Combinator in Silicon Valley.

Mr. Billy Yeung
CEO & Co-Owner, HKBN Enterprise Solutions Ltd & Founder & Executive Director, Y5ZONE
Billy modestly describes himself as one of the pioneers of the internet industry in Hong Kong. He was the driving force behind the conception and development of Cable Wireless HKT’s Internet service solutions. In 1995, Billy pioneered the Netplus regional Internet backbone for telecommunication carriers in Asia Pacific. While at PCCW, Billy developed the Netvigator Internet service. In 2004, Billy branched out to start Y5Zone in Hong Kong. In nine years, Y5Zone became the largest wholesale Wi-Fi supplier in Hong Kong and was acquired by HKBN in January 2013, with Billy becoming a Co-owner of HKBN as part of the consideration. To most people in the know, Billy is the godfather of Wi-Fi in Hong Kong. Billy holds a Master of Business Administration Degree from the University of Birmingham, U.K. Billy does not like to sit still. If he did not have to work, he would be sampling the finest wine and golf courses in different countries, while wishing the Wi-Fi connectivity overseas could match that of Hong Kong. Billy is 1 of 930 proud Co-owners of HKBN.
Mr. Donald Chan
General Manager, Cherrypicks Limited
Donald is the General Manager as well as one of the founders of Cherrypicks, a regional leader in mobile technology and eCommerce specializing in smart city, augmented reality, artificial intelligence, eWallet and location intelligence. With disruptive Online-to-Offline (O2O) solutions as well as patent-pending products and technology inventions, Cherrypicks has represented Hong Kong and China in many world stages and won over 100 local and international awards. Cherrypicks were strategically merged with NetDragon (HKSE:777) in 2014.
Donald is a seasoned mobile telecommunication expert who leads the team to develop strategic accounts with local and multinational corporations like HSBC, Prudential, MTR, and major property developers. In recent years, the company together with its partners developed and launched one of the most popular eWallet in Hong Kong, and continues to bring world-class electronic payment solutions to corporate customers and the public with innovative user experience and cutting-edge technology.
Donald holds a bachelor of Engineering and a MSC in Financial Management, he also frequently accepts judge and speaker invitations from prestigious technology and services awards such as the Hong Kong ICT Awards, Asia Smart App Awards, and international conferences to generously share his knowledge and experience. Donald is also the Vice Chairman and one of the founding members of the Hong Kong Wireless Technology Industry Association (WTIA), Director of Rotary Club Central Harbourfront and the Committee member of Hong Kong Retail Management Association – Service & Courtesy Award & Mystery Shoppers Programme 2016.

Mr. Keith Li
Co-Founder and CEO, Innopage Limited
Keith is the co-founder and CEO of Innopage Limited, a multi-award winning mobile apps development startup which successful raised multiple rounds of angel fund. Keith is a part-time lecturer at Hong Kong Baptist University, and was elected Election Committee (IT Subsector) for 2017 Chief Executive Election. Keith is dedicated to helping local statrup to build a better ecosystem, and had been a regular contributor for various printed and online media.
Dr. Lawrence Cheung

Dr. Lawrence Cheung has over 25 years of experience in research and development, consultancy and business. He manages a broad business portfolio on technological research and development as well as consultancy services in automotive, smart electronics, robotics and automation, medical devices, environmental management, smart materials and manufacturing technology and testing services etc.
He is currently the Vice Chairman of Hong Kong Wireless Technology Industry Association; Honorary Advisor of the Hong Kong Electronics and Technologies Association; an executive committee member of the Hong Kong Electronic Industries Association; an executive committee member of the Hong Kong Modern Enterprise Integration and Innovation Association; Member of Radio Spectrum and Technical Standards Advisory Committee (SSAC) of HKSAR Government Office of Communications Authority; Member of Innovation and Technology Training Board of Vocational Training Council.
Prior to joining HKPC, Dr. Cheung was living in Australia holding a senior research post in Commonwealth Scientific and Industrial Research Organisation (CSIRO) of Australia. He obtained Bachelor of Engineering with honours and Bachelor of Science degrees from Monash University in Australia. His doctorate degree was also from Monash University. Dr. Cheung joined HKPC in 1996.

Mr. Tse Siu Kong, Nelson, is the founder of Million Tech Development Limited, one of the leading Auto-ID companies in Hong Kong. Nelson graduated from the University of Birmingham (UK) in 1982 with a degree of Electronic and Electrical Engineering. After the few years working in a leading electronics manufacturer, Nelson together with few working partners founded Million Tech Development Limited in 1987. Through innovation and sheer business savvy, the company becomes the market leader in the Auto-ID industry. Mr. Tse has accumulated more than 30 years’ experience in the industry. Mr. Antony Ma
CEO, Hoplite Technology Limited
Antony, CEO of Hoplite Technology Limited, has extensive experience on audit and cyber security experiences in banking, telecom and public sector. He is a member of ISO Sub Committee 27 and has been participating in ISO standard development including 27001 and other standards. In Hong Kong, he served as the conveyor of Hong Kong Government CIO Cloud Security Expert Group in 2013, which develops guidelines for SME on data protection. He was also the founding Chairman of Cloud Security Alliance Hong Kong & Macau Chapter. Antony was a key member in developing Singapore National Standard Multi-Tier Cloud Security Standard (MTCS), first public cloud security standard in Singapore.
Antony completed his Master of Law and has been a keen writer on cyber security and blockchain. He received Cloud Security Alliance Ron Knode Service Award in 2013.

Mr. Ben Cheng

Ben Cheng is an entrepreneur in IT industry as a co-founder of Oursky.
His award-winning team Oursky have launched a number of apps each with over 3 Million downloads on both iOS and Android platforms. Their apps have also been featured as Best of the week / Best of Year by Apple App Store, among other prestigious apps. They also developed products for developers like makeappicon.com, shotbot.io; and an open-source serverless platform Skygear.io
Ben has been actively engaged in various community organizations including Internet Society Hong Kong, Creative Commons Hong Kong, Culture & Media Education Foundation and Elected Member of the Election Committee (IT sub-sector) of HKSAR.

Mr. Eric Yung
Founder and CEO of Playnote Limited
Eric is an expert in information technology and professional musician. He is the founder and CEO of Playnote Limited (“Playnote”), which focuses in professional music education software with artificial intelligence and cloud computing.
Under the leadership of Eric, Playnote represented Hong Kong and won the Best Startup Grand award in Asia Pacific ICT Award. Playnote was also the winners of various regional and local awards, including Grand award of Hong Kong ICT Award.
Before founding Playnote, Eric was one of the co-founders, former executive director and CTO of Perception Digital, which was listed in Stock Exchange of Hong Kong in 2009.
As a technical expert, Eric’s research focuses in digital audio signal processing and artificial intelligence. Based on one of his research papers about digital audio technology, Eric defeated researchers of worldwide top universities and won the international champion award of IEEE paper contest.
Eric is also a professional musician. He has acted as the opera tenor in a number of international opera performances and has participated in various public music performances as the pianist, the choir and orchestra conductor. He is a member of Composer and Author Society of Hong Kong (CASH).
Eric received his Bachelor of Engineering and Master of Philosophy degrees, both in Electronic Engineering, and MBA from HKUST. He also received his Bachelor of Laws from the University of London.

在容先生的帶領下,Playnote 曾代表香港奪得亞太資訊科技獎最佳創業公司大獎及另外多個重要的地區性及本地獎項, 包括香港資訊及通訊科技獎大獎。
在創辦Playnote前,容先生是幻音數碼的聯合創辦人之一,前執行董事及首席科技總監。幻音數碼於2009年在港交所上市。
容先生的研究專注於數碼音樂訊號處理及人工智能,其一篇有關數碼音樂科技的研究論文,曾於IEEE國際論文比賽中,擊敗全球頂尖大學的研究院,奪得全球最佳論文獎。
另一方面,容先生為一位專業音樂家。他曾經參予多個國際性歌劇表演及擔任歌劇男高音,也在不同的公開音樂演出中擔任鋼琴家,合唱團及管弦樂團指揮。容先生同時為香港作曲及作詞家協會會員。
容先生於香港科技大學取得電子工程工學士學位,哲學碩士學位及工商管理碩士學位。容先生也於英國倫敦大學取得法律學士學位。

Jimmy graduated from CUHK with a Bachelor of Science in 2000. In 2007, he obtained a Master degree in Electronic Commerce and Internet Computing from HKU. Jimmy has always been passionate in serving community. He is the current Chairman of CUHK Chung Chi College Alumni Association.

Mr. Joseph Chan

Mr. Joseph Chan, Chief Executive Officer of AsiaPay, founded the company in August 2000. He spearheaded the company and product development together with his management team, to become one of the most successful electronic payment service and technology company in Asia, with operations covering 16countries.
Through successive positions in banking and finance industries, Joseph has consolidated his expertise and experience in strategic planning, management and implementation of financial, electronic banking, Internet and mobile product services and systems in Asia. He has been an active keynote and industry speaker in FinTech n e-Payment conferences across Asia.
Prior to AsiaPay, Joseph took various management positions at Barings, Citibank N.A., Bank of America and Dah Sing Bank.
Joseph received his Bachelor of Science degree and Master of Economics degree from Monash University in Australia.
Joseph actively participates and contributes to the development of e-Commerce and e-Payment in the community. Dr. Lawrence Poon

Dr. Poon is the General Manager of Hong Kong Productivity Council and Automotive Platforms & Application Systems R&D Centre. Dr Poon took lead a team of professional Engineers and researchers with rich experiences in EV and Autonomous technology development. The most representative R&D results include a series of pure electric and hybrid-electric commercial vehicles, EV chargers, active safety systems and big data analytic platform for automobile. In addition to automotive R&D, Dr. Poon and his team also conducted many technology and market study with focus on EV, EV charging infrastructure and connected vehicles.
Dr Poon is also serving as Hon Secretary of SAE HK and Section-Chair of HK Bio- & Eco- Energy Industry Association and Fellow of Green Strategy Association. He has been appointed as Technical Expert by the HK Council for Accreditation and Academic & Vocational Quality since 2015. His major research interests focus on the development of energy storage systems, electrical vehicle control systems and EV charging infrastructure.
Dr Poon graduated with first class honor degree from HKPolyU Mechanical Engineering Department. He got the doctoral degree in 2004. In addition to the duty in HKPC and APAS R&D Centre, he is also a visiting lecturer in HKPolyU for number of subjects related to Automotive Safety and Reliability, and Product Design.

潘博士現為香港生產力促進局及汽車科技研發中心總經理,其帶領的團隊已完成了多個電動車及無人駕駛相關的研發項目。 當中包括一系列純電動或混合動力巴士及商用車、電動車充電設施、防撞警報系統及大數據分析汽車管理系統等,為汽車產業提升自主研發的能力。近年潘博士亦帶領團隊完成了多份關於電動車,電動車充電系統及智能網汽車的技術和市場分析報告。為配合香港特區政府推動電動車的使用及智慧城市發展做好準備。
潘博士是本年度美國汽車公程師協會(香港分部)的榮譽秘書長。他自2015年起獲香港學術及職業資歷評審委任為技術專家。 潘博士畢業於香港理工大學機械工程系,取得一級榮譽學位,並於2004年獲得博士學位。他曾任香港理工大學客席講師,教授電腦模擬分析及汽車安全系統設計與開發。

Mr. Leo To

Leo is the founder of The Hero Enterprise Limited, which also known as “CarWash.HK”, a social enterprise providing vehicle related service via its digital shared-economy platform.
Joining WTIA as executive committee member since 2013. He represents WTIA to work with Office of the Privacy Commissioner for Personal Data (PCPD) to provide the first “mobile apps privacy guidance” to local app developers, as well as taking care of the Wi-Fi annual security survey of WTIA.
With the combination of IT, internet-of-vehicle, startups and government policy knowledge, Leo hopes to not only dedicate his time and knowledge to serve the association, but also bring in more innovation to keep the industry always young and growing.

Ms. Ping Wong
CEO and Founder of World Changers
Ping has been working in ICT industry over 15 years as a marketing and business development and professional. Ping is a female entrepreneur and currently the CEO and Founder of World Changers. She also contributes to the Internet community by taking volunteer work of being Executive Committee member of HK Wireless Technology Industry Association (2018 – present), Director and Startup Working Group Convener of Internet Society Hong Kong (2015 – 2017), Director of Hong Kong Internet Registration Corporation (2015 – 2018). She is the Elected Member, Information Technology Subsector, Election Committee of HKSAR Government (2016).
Ping writes columns on ICT, the Internet and entrepreneurship for a number of media, including the Hong Kong Economic Times, Hong Kong Economic Journal, Tech in Asia, EJInsight, eZone, and Unwired.PRO, and has penned an article for international news network CNN, and interviewed by BloombergTV. Through these efforts, she brings the public the latest news on the Internet and its applications, as well as inspiring stories of successful entrepreneurial journeys. In the past, Ping has led various entrepreneurship competitions and programs, worked closely with local and international entrepreneurs and partners to enhance Hong Kong’s startup ecosystem.
Ping has attended a number of global Internet and startup conferences such as TechCrunch Disrupt, Tech in Asia, Google I/O, Web Summit, ICANN, APNIC and APRICOT. She headed up the organization of the first ever APRICOT-APAN and Internet Hall of Fame in Hong Kong. Her network of Internet experts from around the globe has given her insight into cutting-edge Internet trends and concepts, which she can successfully use in promoting Internet development in Hong Kong.

Ms. Sophia Sung

Achiever is one of the Hong Kong’s leading business solution company offers Retail Management Solution (RMS) system, Human Resources Management (HRM) system, Big data and AI analytic solutions house. The company ranked 1st in Hong Kong Enterprise Resource Management Application Vendor Shares by International Data Corporation (IDC) and awarded Hong Kong ICT Award for Best Products and Adoption. Achiever served multinational clients like Adidas, Lane Crawford, Airport Authority, Banks, Maxims group, Jardine Group and HKTVMall.
With her success in IT business, she also won the honor of “Greater Bay Area Outstanding Female Entrepreneur Award” by Metro Radio in 2018. Sophia also won the Top 10 Female Entrepreneur Award in China in 2019. Besides business achievements, Sophia spends lot of effort in charity events and youth developments. She is the executive director of Hong Kong United Youth Association. She also served as the executive director for Hong Kong Lok Sin Tong Charity Association for 2 years.
Sophia is an MBA from HKUST and was in audit industry before joining the company.
